The Dominica Inland Revenue Division International Tax Affairs Unit would like to inform all Financial Institutions that the deadline for submission of FATCA Returns is April 30th, 2022. The MDES portal is open for reporting.
Your obligations as per Section 13(2) of FATCA is outlined as follows:
"A return under subsection (1) must be made in the form and manner approved by the Competent Authority under Section 12 on or before 30th April of the year following the calendar year to which the return relates."
